“Berlin, May 4th 1945”. This is the writing that was displayed on the labs phial, in which was a tissue taken from a scull which was frozen for many years. From this tissue an ovum was produced and implanted in a womb of a woman that was married to an important Russian leader. After the birth , the baby was taken away from his mother and the woman was told her baby had died.

Forty years later, Sonia and Anatoly, two Jews living in Russia, meet a well known politician that changed the course of their lives. Nikolai Bulgakov is a mysterious man, that supposedly does not have a past. This man had captured the hearts of the Russian people and later the hearts of the citizens of the entire world.

Bulgakov establishes an empire, that gradually takes control over the world. At some point, Sonia and Anatoly discover that they differ in their principles and opinions and they take different paths. Sonia stays faithful to Nikolai Bulgakov and Anatoly becomes a follower of God and sees the ruling of Bulgakov a danger to the entire world and to Israel in particular.
